Oh, where do I begin? Cats everywhere, even while eating-so classy. I had to pay for filtered tap water, but they were clearly trying to cut corners. I expected a complimentary bottle of wine for my 'special' stay but was treated like everyone else. Woudl ve been nice to feel appreciated, you know?

Price for the dinner in buffet form, without drinks, per person converted 20€ are extremely expensive! We were then always out of town! . The highlight was the money exchange fee of 12%! Outrageous in our eyes... Occasionally very bad smell in the room!

Location: the hotel was next to Rakesh the EAM F, Grand Baie and the north and the Pub. The breakfast was really tasty and astonishing for vegans, with a huge variety of food. All the services were really great.

Cats roaming around the dining area can be quite off-putting!!! Water management needs clarity-being forced to pay for filtered tap water was unnecessary!!! Communication about activity bookings needs to improve!!!

Either the breakfast as also the evening buffet was very varied and very good. There were also always several creole dishes that were not really inferior to the quality in restaurants! We were there for a week and felt very comfortable with a small child!

The only drawback: a rather busy road separates the beach from the complex and causes some traffic noise at the pool. But in the room, we noticed little or nothing of it.

The smell in the rooms was not good. The Bain Bouef is not the best. Expensive food prices for non AI customers.

Overall we are very satisfied with the hotel. It corresponds to a 3 star hotel. It has been clean everywhere, both on the grounds and in the rooms. There are many activities and excursions on offer, which is positive. The price/quality ratio is top!

Unfortunately, the beds were very hard (we stayed 3 nights in the hotel), if we had stayed longer, the beds would have been too hard for me personally. . Because the hotel is located directly at a street, the traffic noise is now and then a bit disturbing.

Our stay was fantastic, especially loved the pool area and the delicious food, though the seating arrangement at the buffet was a bit cramped. Would definitely choose this place again!

To get to the hotel beach you had to cross a street.

The Beautiful Family Room was spacious and well-maintained. The staff delivered really good service, especially during a family birthday celebration, complete with a good cake. While the buffet meals were enjoyable, the seating arrangements felt a bit cramped. Dining during dinner lacked free water refills, a minor inconvenience.
